Ballpoint pens – Office Supplies

Like all other writing instruments, the ballpoint pen is needed in an office. When you need to take notes you usually need something to write them with. Ballpoint pen, rollerball pen or even a pencil is very useful for stuff like this. Why? Because you can use them to make a line on a paper. Multiple lines arranged in certain ways form letters. And when you put letters next to each other you have got words, and words arranged one after another make sentences. Multiple sentences make a paragraph. What do I need this info for? When writing on on a paper, like for eg. an a4 size copier paper, you are actually using some basic office supplies. Ballpoint pens are the most basic of office supplies. Everything is usually written down with one. I don’t even know why people don’t really use pencils, they just tend to write everything on post-its with a pen and if they make a mistake spelling they just throw the paper away. What a waste of paper I say.

I come from a family where we have usually been recycling and saving nature. That is why it is important for me to keep reusing the paper. Don’t just use a ballpoint pen and write on paper once just to throw it away. You can write on it again and again. Like this morning: I went to my office (oh yes I do work on sundays), to get a few things done. I picked up some once used copier paper to write on the backside and I used the same standart a4 size paper for the whole nine hours I was working. Isn’t that insane?! Well I had to use the both sides but if I do this every year, I save a lot of money in paper expences. I do search for discount office supplies to save me the money, but in the end it is about saving the planet. I mean the global warming is frightning as itself, we don’t need to be speeding it up by wasting paper and causing millions of trees to be cut down. Even if my ballpoint pen isn’t necessarily the most economic choice for writing, I still think that wasting paper is the main reason for the climate change, along with the over-expanded usage of motor vehicles. A pen is mightier than the sword. Go by bike instead of your car. We are in recession people. Use your money wisely, and wisely in my opinion is to save money in office supplies and get as much as different colored ballpoint and rollerball pens as possible. I just can’t get enough of them. I think if I could, i WOULD definitely marry one.

There is always some argument between us writing instrument fanatics when we start talking about which is the best. Instrument I mean. There are the old school people who say that a fountain pen is the only pen to use. Then there are people who prefer so called writing pens, which are actually very sharp felt tip pens. I also like them, but nothing actually beats the writing experience of a high quality ballpoint pen. The pen just rolls on the paper and the text makes itself up. I mean the least meaningful words that I ever wrote were not written with a ballpoint pen. I have been pushing out words on the keyboard that made absolutely no sense even to me. But as long as I keep putting these letters next to one another they keep making the words. And if I put some spaces between the words and put a dot every now and then I can build up sentences that make sense. Even though the sentences are readable and can be understood, when you read the paragraph you really have no idea what I am writing about. But it is good that way, because neither do I. I just keep on pulling words out of my rear end like ballpoint pen and rollerball pen and sometimes I can also se a fountain with a pencil in it. This all makes my balls itchy. And when they itch I usually use my five hudred dollar parker ballpoint pen to scratch them. That is it for today, Hopefully I will have some new writing instruments tomorrow. See you!
